Enter pretentious title here...

If I ever enter this in a contest, I'll give this shot (or some iteration of it) a pretentious title like "The Offering". I actually thought of this shot before hand and my wife offered to help me out. I may retry it again some other time, but for now I should tell you that the desaturated look is intentional, and I did use my HDR program a little (I know, just like a kid with a toy). I tried this w/ my 35mm prime as well as the macro, and I used the macro shot just because it is the one that I liked better as far as placement of the flower. I await opinions.
